I had a great experience with Cody and the Radiant Homes team on my new build. What really sets Cody apart from other contractors I have worked with is communication and issue management. Cody is incredibly responsive with any issues that came up in punch/warranty and also truly cares about helping you learn how to care for your home. We are almost a year into living in our new home and I can confidently say the quality of the work is excellent and the issues have been very minimal! If you are looking for someone to execute your project with care, humor, and creativity I would recommend Radiant!
None of the projects I have worked with Cody have ever been just a job for him. It seems to be his personal mission to do everything well and he wants the clients to be happy with the results. He is not a GC that insists on doing things his way or resists working with a designer. He is collaborative and includes the important team players throughout the building process.
