I had a great experience with Cody and the Radiant Homes team on my new build. What really sets Cody apart from other contractors I have worked with is communication and issue management. Cody is incredibly responsive with any issues that came up in punch/warranty and also truly cares about helping you learn how to care for your home. We are almost a year into living in our new home and I can confidently say the quality of the work is excellent and the issues have been very minimal! None of the projects I have worked with Cody have ever been just a job for him. It seems to be his personal mission to do everything well and he wants the clients to be happy with the results. He is not a GC that insists on doing things his way or resists working with a designer. He is collaborative and includes the important team players throughout the building process. See more See less
