Historic Baker Neighborhood Remodel
Radiant Homes took this run down abandoned historic house and completely gutted it. We converted this 2/2 house into a 3/3 for the main area with 2 beds and 2 baths up and one bed and one bath down. We also added a lock off area for a mother in-law suite or a Airbnb for some added income or value. Landscaping and sod did go in a few weeks after sale once the new owner picked out there plants.
